Pooch Palace
Buildout and expansion of a dog groomer and daycare into the adjoining empty space in a business park. Additional grooming stations, play areas, and doggie overnight rooms were built out, complete with reinforced rooms for the more energetic dogs.

Mitchell's
New construction of a restaurant and drive through starting with an empty field. This project had a distinctive design, requiring a lot of unique framing and custom finishing.

Interior demolition of a former optometrist office and buildout of the space for four golf simulators, including a bar and restaurant area

Grace United Methodist Daycare
Renovation of the church bathrooms, parish office, and community lounge. This project included the demolition of filled cinder block walls, movement and updating of electrical, significant plumbing changes, and the addition of structural steel. The project was completed while a daycare continued to operate next to the work areas. Special care was taken to accommodate the children and staff.

First United Methodist Church
Renovation of bathrooms, including adding an adult size assisted changing station. The build out included a new coffee bar, reception window, and the replacement of flooring and lighting. This project was completed while a daycare continued to operate in the same building.

Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors
Renovation of a previous office building to accommodate new tenants. This project included the installation of new structural beams, needed to support the movement of walls.

The Lobby by Greyhouse
Renovation of a former restaurant into The Lobby coffee shop and bar. This project involved moving the front door and rebuilding parts of the flooring to accommodate ADA movement requirements.

EPIC
Division of one commercial space into two with a demising wall, adding a new entry to the building and building out a new reception area. The entry received a new overhang with new metal siding to tie into the existing roof system.
